KELLY OLIN
Kelly began her real estate career 17 years ago as an on-site sales consultant for Pulte Homes. She also helped grand open the first Del Webb Active Adult 55+ Community in Michigan and worked at Pulte Home's Corporate Headquarters as a Human Resources Manager.
In July 2020, Kelly, her husband Marc, and their three sons, Briggs (11), Carter (10) and Beckett (8) relocated from Rochester, Michigan to The Place at Corkscrew in Southwest Florida.
Kelly is known for her local expertise in new construction communities, her modern real estate marketing and her friendly, yet professional approach. She is committed to professional development and is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Resort and Second Home Specialist and Pricing Strategy Advisor.
