The public school district for The Place is Lee County Schools of Choice. Most elementary-aged children in the community attend Pinewoods Elementary and Three Oaks Elementary Schools, as well as Bonita Charter School. PLUS, just across the street to the East of The Place, there is a brand NEW K-8 Charter School opening in August 2023 called Optima Classical Academy of Estero. Enrollment is now open! Several Lee County School teachers live in The Place at Corkscrew!

 

There are also several private school options, such as Southwest Florida Christian Academy and Canterbury School in Fort Myers; and, First Baptist Academy, and The Village School in Naples.

There is also a very active group of home-school families in The Place at Corkscrew!

 

Popular public Middle School options include Three Oaks Middle School, Bonita Middle School, and Bonita Charter School.

Most public high school students attend Estero High School or Bonita High School.

With top middle and High school achievements, budding minds can move on to the nearby, fastest-growing University in southwest Florida, Florida Gulf Coast University.
